Contact Groups
About Groups
Contact groups are used to organize your contacts much the same way folders work on your computer.
You can add as many contacts as you wish to a group and also import contacts from a CSV file into a group.
Additionally as you can have Global contacts you can also have global Groups, when a group is changed to a global group
the group will show up for all users in the company. Any contacts added to a global group will show up in the global group
even if the contact is NOT a global contact.
Adding a contact to a group
You can simply drag a contact into the group folder to add a contact to the group

Removing a group membership
You can remove a group membership by clicking the delete icon
beside the group in the Contact Details under Group Memberships.
