Group Sorting Contacts

To make a contact a member of a group simply drag the contact icon  to the name of the group on the My Groups Bar.

To remove a group from a contact, simply open the contact details and remove the group from the contacts group memberships box.

A good tip is to create a group for Leads or Prospects, and also one for Clients, when a contact has both memberships you'll know who started out as a prospect and is now a client.

Future reporting features will allow you to build your reports based on your group memberships.

Phone Number Formatting

If you need to format a phone number differently or need to put in an 800 Number start with the + Key

For Example +1-800-800-8000  or for international numbers +1(555)555-5555 When you start with the + sign, it tells the box to stop formatting

so your text will show up as you type it.
